Option agreement officially signed

Together with the municipality of Amsterdam, De Woonwolk has signed an agreement allowing us to continue developing our residential building in Buiksloterham. Several housing cooperatives presented their ideas for a self-build on plot 19, between Papaverweg and Johan van Hasseltkade; we and De Bonte Hulst - our future neighbours - emerged as winners. Here, our three pillars played an important role: social cohesion, sustainability, and art & culture.

We are now continuing with the design for our building. This should be finished by the end of 2024 so that the construction of our wooden dream home can start in 2025.
