2024 was a year of highs and highs. We expanded our community and vision, met new friends, got inspired, connected and kept dreaming. Join us on a trip down memory lane and reflect on the highlights of 2024.

• Our Preliminary Design was approved by the municipality! 

• We took another look at our Housing Programme and decided it needed an update. We added mid-size apartments to the design of our home to allow for a more natural flow of apartments, especially for starting families.

• Our Crowdlending Campagn was launched, and we raised more than €55.000 in Woonwolk bonds 💸 We want to thank everyone who has invested in building our house and supporting future housing cooperatives. • Our community is growing: 22 new members joined De Woonwolk in 2024. 🌻 

• Our Board member Yoshi Reinders joined the 'Droom te Koop' (Dream for Sale) podcast to talk about the Woonwolk origins and where to start if you want to set up a housing cooperative yourself. You can find the episode on Spotify!

• Our activity committee organised the first-ever Woonwolk camping trip in the summer of 2024, and we ended the year with a fabulous Christmas dinner🎄

• Woonwolk participated in the event 'De derde sector: de wooncoöperatie' in Pakhuis de Zwijger. Together with other housing cooperatives, scientists, policymakers and advisers, we talked about how housing cooperatives can be a sustainable solution to not only the housing crisis, but also the climate crisis.
